Return Policy

At Poppy & Sam Clothing Co., we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return guidelines will help make the process simple and smooth.

🕒 Return Notification

Please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you would like to request a return.

📦 Return Window

Items must be shipped back or returned in person within 7 days of delivery or in‑store purchase.

✨ Item Condition

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in perfect condition. Items showing wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale/discounted items

• Accessories (headbands, hair clips, hair claws, etc.)

💳 Refunds

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash or card refunds.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

⏳ Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be inspected and for store credit to be issued.
