Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During launches, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Every order is packaged with care and prayed over before it leaves our hands.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Local Delivery / Pickup
If local delivery or pickup is available in your area, those options will appear at checkout.
Preorders & Restocks
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are in hand. Restocked items ship within our normal processing window unless otherwise noted.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and high‑volume seasons may impact delivery times. These delays are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to support you.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Poppy & Sam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help file a claim.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
